This book is jammed pack with healthy, good-for-you recipes. I also enjoy the book that tells you how to eat right. How to cut out the sugar. Living a healthy lifestyle and eating a healthy diet are just a few steps in this book. I also enjoyed the microwaving section of healthy foods. Who knew?
We have made the Crockpot Meatball Soup with spinach and parmesan on page 10. We have also tried the Southwestern Sweet Potatoes. I'm enjoying the recipes. I'm planning on buying the women in my family each one of these cookbooks! Its wonderful to have cookbooks like this one.

Milk Bar
What a great cookbook!! There is some great information in this book that can inspire a non baker or an experienced one. The photos are really cool and the pages are nice and glossy so you can get crap on it and just wipe it off. The detail and description are great; every recipe has ingredients in both grams/ounces and teaspoons/cups so you never have to convert. She even goes into great detail about every ingredient she uses and what companies make the best chocolate or cake flour-or whatever it may be- for her recipes. The anecdotes and little pointers and tips along the way make this not only a great cook book but also a great book to sit down and read and dream and then go spend tons of money at the grocery store. I suggest that. Definitely get this book and buy two copies because once you get into it you'll want to share the awesome with your friends.
The Maple Pecan Cookies were super easy and delish!!! The Mango Drink was a great pick-me-up! And the Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cake was to die for!! The Lemon Bars were super easy and the best Lemon bars I have ever made.
My daughter loved the Craft Night Sleep-Over section in the book.
I love the simple recipes. The pictures are just beautiful! This is a book I will come back to again and again!!
