What a great book. I love anything to do with baking and baking cakes is one that I love to make! I love how the recipes are gluten free. We tried the Mocha Coffee cake which came out fabulous! easy recipes for anyone to try. This book is a great one. I'm happy with this book. It will be one I will be going back to more and more! I also love the fact that this book has holiday cakes and birthday cake ideas. which is another plus!
